The Ministers Shoes

There once was a minister who owned a private jet that he traveled in, from meeting to meeting with. One day a fellow minister said "How dare you spend God's money like that on excessive luxuries."He shamed the minister into selling his jet and flying first class instead. While in flying in first class a stewardess recognized him as a famous minister and chastised him for using God's money on luxuries like first class. On the way home the minister rode in coach and sat next to a politician who said, "Is it right for you to use Gods money to fly in an airplane instead of driving a car?"
Well soon after that the minister drove across the country to his next meeting and pulled up at the church at the very last minute because the drive was so long. As he pulled up the people of the church started to whisper, "Look at the car he is driving don't you think that's a bit excessive the way he spends God's money?" So on the way home he traded in his nice new car for a used one.
With the money he saved he bought  an airline ticket to Africa obviously in coach, as he endeavored  to teach the people in remote villages about prosperity. While he was teaching he spoke of his last meeting and how God blessed him by finding such a good used car to drive. Later after the meeting an African pastor came up to him and asked him, "Isn't that a bit excessive? No one here even owns a car. Is that the best way to spend God's money?" The minister gave a sigh and called home to his wife and told her to sell the car. He then went down town and purchased a bicycle so he could get from town to town. While preaching in another remote village a fellow missionary came up to him and said, "Brother don't you think that bicycle is  a bit excessive here?  that seems like a waste of God's money." When the Minister got back to town he sold the bike and bought a nice pair of hiking shoes. While taking the long walk back to the airport he came across a group of beggars with no shoes and old clothes he stop to talk with them and share the love of God and some food he had in his back pack. As he left them a voice was heard whispering from a group of church goers who were watching from a local church window, "If he was a real Christian and a man of God he would have given those men his shoes."
So, my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, please think twice before opening your mouth. The next time you feel the urge to judge your fellow minister publicly for his excessive spending, remember all things are relative to who you're standing with at that time and that we also serve a big God.
May God's Grace be with you,
