The reinfectious thought of sin

The power of sin is the law and the power of the law is the guilt and shame it trys to ensnare people with. As you continue with this cycle of remembering the thing you've done wrong it causes you to rethink on that issue and cause you to reseed or pollute your mind with the thing that your trying not to think on. The only way out is through repentance and renewing your mind to the Word of God.
