The New Washing Machine and The New Man

A new washing machine that has not been plugged into its source has NO power.
A person without Jesus Christ that has not been plugged into God and has no power.
A new washer that has not been hooked up to water lacks the ability to wash yesterdays dirt away.
A Christian without The Holy Spirit (a kin to water)  lacks the ability to receive the cleansing from God.
